Hi there !
My name is Alexander Katz aka DJ Barrio Soul and I am based in Hamburg.
This is in the north of Germany.
I am a record collector since 1985 and a club dj since 1990.
I have a weekly radio show on Shake!FM and it´s called GROOVE SHAKER RADIO CLUB.
The GROOVE SHAKER is presenting Funk, Disco, Boogie and Soulful House music.
During the years I used to life a long time in Paris and in Vienna, always searching for
records.
There was hundreds of club nights and dozends of musical residencies
Normally I still travel, with my music, a lot. But what is normal in these weird times?
So I decided to create the Groove Shaker Radio Show.
Two times in the month, we have guest dj´s and at the other 2 slots I do an own show.
I really like the original versions, but for you I handpicked some new remixes, edits and breaks.
